كتاب إقامة الصلاة والسنن فيها
Rapporté par Ibn ‘Abbas : Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a dit : “Ce jour est une fête qu’Allah a instituée pour les musulmans. Celui qui vient à la prière du vendredi, qu’il prenne un bain, et s’il a du parfum, qu’il en mette. Et je vous recommande d’utiliser le siwak (bâtonnet pour les dents).”

حَدَّثَنَا عَمَّارُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ الْوَاسِطِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ غُرَابٍ، عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ أَبِي الأَخْضَرِ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ السَّبَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " إِنَّ هَذَا يَوْمُ عِيدٍ، جَعَلَهُ اللَّهُ لِلْمُسْلِمِينَ. فَمَنْ جَاءَ إِلَى الْجُمُعَةِ فَلْيَغْتَسِلْ. وَإِنْ كَانَ طِيبٌ فَلْيَمَسَّ مِنْهُ. وَعَلَيْكُمْ بِالسِّوَاكِ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated that Ibn ‘Abbas said:“The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: ‘This day is an ‘Eid (festival) which Allah has ordained for the Muslims. Whoever comes to Friday (prayer), let him take a bath and if he has perfume then let him put some on. And upon you (I urge to use) is the tooth stick.”
Traduction en ourdou
عبداللہ بن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: یہ عید کا دن ہے، اللہ تعالیٰ نے مسلمانوں کے لیے اسے عید کا دن قرار دیا ہے، لہٰذا جو کوئی جمعہ کے لیے آئے تو غسل کر کے آئے، اور اگر خوشبو میسر ہو تو لگا لے، اور تم لوگ اپنے اوپر مسواک کو لازم کر لو ۱؎۔
