كتاب إقامة الصلاة والسنن فيها
Rapporté par Anas bin Malik, d’après ‘Umar : J’ai dit : « Ô Messager d’Allah (ﷺ), pourquoi ne prends-tu pas la station d’Ibrahim comme lieu de prière ? » Puis la révélation est descendue : « Et prenez la station d’Ibrahim comme lieu de prière. »

Texte arabe original
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الصَّبَّاحِ، حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ الطَّوِيلِ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، قَالَ قَالَ عُمَرُ قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ لَوِ اتَّخَذْتَ مِنْ مَقَامِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ مُصَلًّى فَنَزَلَتْ {وَاتَّخِذُوا مِنْ مَقَامِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ مُصَلًّى} .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated that Anas bin Malik told that ‘Umar said:“I said: ‘O Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), why do you not take the Maqam of Ibrahim as a place of prayer?’ Then the following was revealed: ‘And take you (people) the Maqam of Ibrahim as a place of prayer.’” [2:]
Traduction en ourdou
انس بن مالک رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ عمر رضی اللہ عنہ نے عرض کیا: اللہ کے رسول! اگر آپ مقام ابراہیم کو نماز کی جگہ بنا لیں ( تو بہتر ہو ) ؟ تو یہ آیت کریمہ نازل ہوئی: «واتخذوا من مقام إبراهيم مصلى» اور تم مقام ابراہیم کو نماز کی جگہ بناؤ ( سورة البقرة: 125 ) ۔
