كتاب الفتن
Rapporté par Zaynab bint Jahsh : Le Messager d'Allah (ﷺ) s’est réveillé le visage rouge et a dit : « La ilaha illallah, malheur aux Arabes à cause d’un mal qui s’approche. Aujourd’hui, une ouverture a été faite dans la barrière de Gog et Magog. » Et il a fait un geste pour montrer la taille du trou. Zaynab a dit : « J’ai demandé : “Ô Messager d’Allah ! Serons-nous détruits alors qu’il y a des gens pieux parmi nous ?” » Il a répondu : « Si les péchés et les mauvaises actions se multiplient. »

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ زَيْنَبَ ابْنَةِ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ حَبِيبَةَ، عَنْ أُمِّ حَبِيبَةَ، عَنْ زَيْنَبَ بِنْتِ جَحْشٍ، أَنَّهَا قَالَتِ اسْتَيْقَظَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ مِنْ نَوْمِهِ وَهُوَ مُحْمَرٌّ وَجْهُهُ وَهُوَ يَقُولُ " لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ وَيْلٌ لِلْعَرَبِ مِنْ شَرٍّ قَدِ اقْتَرَبَ فُتِحَ الْيَوْمَ مِنْ رَدْمِ يَأْجُوجَ وَمَأْجُوجَ " . وَعَقَدَ بِيَدَيْهِ عَشَرَةً . قَالَتْ زَيْنَبُ قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَنَهْلِكُ وَفِينَا الصَّالِحُونَ قَالَ " إِذَا كَثُرَ الْخَبَثُ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated that Zainab bint Jahsh said:“The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) woke up red in the face and said: ‘La ilaha illallah, woe to the Arabs from an evil that has drawn nigh. Today a hole has been opened in the barrier of Gog and Magog.’ And he gestured to indicate the size of the hole.” Zainab said: “I said: ‘O Messenger of Allah! Will we be destroyed when there are righteous people among us?’ He said: ‘If sin and evil deeds increase.’”
Traduction en ourdou
ام المؤمنین زینب بنت جحش رضی اللہ عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نیند سے بیدار ہوئے تو آپ کا مبارک چہرہ سرخ تھا، اور آپ فرما رہے تھے: «لا إله إلا الله» عرب کے لیے تباہی ہے اس فتنے سے جو قریب آ گیا ہے، آج یاجوج و ماجوج کی دیوار میں اتنا سوراخ ہو گیا ہے، آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ہاتھ کی انگلیوں سے دس کی گرہ بنائی ۱؎، زینب رضی اللہ عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ میں نے عرض کیا: اللہ کے رسول! کیا ہم ہلاک ہو جائیں گے؟ حالانکہ ہم میں اچھے لوگ بھی موجود ہیں! آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ہاں، جب معصیت ( برائی ) عام ہو جائے گی ۲؎۔
