Hadith 3929 — Livre 36: Tribulations
كتاب الفتن
Rapporté par ‘Amr bin Aws : Mon père, Aws, m’a raconté : « Nous étions assis avec le Prophète (ﷺ) et il nous parlait et nous rappelait des choses, quand un homme est venu lui parler en privé. Il a dit : “Emmenez-le et tuez-le.” Quand l’homme s’est éloigné, le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) l’a rappelé et lui a dit : “Attestes-tu qu’il n’y a de divinité digne d’être adorée qu’Allah ?” Il a répondu : “Oui.” Le Prophète (ﷺ) a dit : “Alors pars et laisse-le partir, car j’ai reçu l’ordre de combattre les gens jusqu’à ce qu’ils disent : La ilaha illallah. S’ils le font, leur sang et leurs biens me sont interdits.” »

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ بَكْرٍ السَّهْمِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا حَاتِمُ بْنُ أَبِي صَغِيرَةَ، عَنِ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ سَالِمٍ، أَنَّ عَمْرَو بْنَ أَوْسٍ، أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ أَبَاهُ أَوْسًا أَخْبَرَهُ قَالَ إِنَّا لَقُعُودٌ عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ وَهُوَ يَقُصُّ عَلَيْنَا وَيُذَكِّرُنَا إِذْ أَتَاهُ رَجُلٌ فَسَارَّهُ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " اذْهَبُوا بِهِ فَاقْتُلُوهُ " . فَلَمَّا وَلَّى الرَّجُلُ دَعَاهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ فَقَالَ " هَلْ تَشْهَدُ أَنْ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ " . قَالَ نَعَمْ قَالَ " اذْهَبُوا فَخَلُّوا سَبِيلَهُ فَإِنَّمَا أُمِرْتُ أَنْ أُقَاتِلَ النَّاسَ حَتَّى يَقُولُوا لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ فَإِذَا فَعَلُوا ذَلِكَ حَرُمَ عَلَىَّ دِمَاؤُهُمْ وَأَمْوَالُهُمْ " .
Traduction anglaise
‘Amr bin Aws narrated that his father, Aws, told him:“We were sitting with the Prophet (ﷺ) and he was narrating to us and reminding us, when a man came and spoke privately to him. He said: ‘Take him away and kill him.’ When the man turned away, the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) called him back and said: ‘Do you bear witness that none has the right to be worshiped but Allah?’ He said, ‘Yes.’ He said: ‘Then go and let him go, for I have been commanded to fight the people until they say: La ilaha illallah, then if they do that, their blood and wealth are forbidden to me.’”
Traduction en ourdou
اوس رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ ہم نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہوسلم کے پاس بیٹھے ہوئے تھے، اور آپ حکایات و واقعات سنا کر ہمیں نصیحت فرما رہے تھے، کہ اتنے میں ایک شخص حاضر ہوا، اور اس نے آپ کے کان میں کچھ باتیں کیں، تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: اسے لے جا کر قتل کر دو ، جب وہ جانے لگا تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اسے پھر واپس بلایا، اور پوچھا: کیا تم «لا إله إلا الله» کہتے ہو ؟ اس نے عرض کیا: جی ہاں، آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: تم لوگ جاؤ اسے چھوڑ دو، کیونکہ مجھے لوگوں سے لڑائی کرنے کا حکم دیا گیا ہے یہاں تک کہ وہ «لا إله إلا الله» کہیں، جب انہوں نے «لا إله إلا الله» کہہ دیا تو اب ان کا خون اور مال مجھ پر حرام ہو گیا ۔
