كتاب الأدب
Rapporté par Sa'eed bin Abu Burdah bin Abu Musa, d'après son père, que son grand-père a dit : Le Messager d'Allah (ﷺ) a dit : « Je demande pardon à Allah et je me repens auprès de Lui soixante-dix fois chaque jour. »

Texte arabe original
حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ بْنِ أَبِي الْحُرِّ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ بْنِ أَبِي مُوسَى، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " إِنِّي لأَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ وَأَتُوبُ إِلَيْهِ فِي الْيَوْمِ سَبْعِينَ مَرَّةً " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from Sa'eed bin Abu Burdah bin Abu Musa, from his father, that :his grandfather said: "The Messenger of Allah (saas) said: 'I seek the forgivenenss of Allah and repent to Him seventy times each day

ابوموسیٰ اشعری رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: میں تو ہر روز اللہ تعالیٰ سے ستر بار استغفار اور توبہ کرتا ہوں ۔
