Hadith 3807 — Livre 33: Etiquette

Rapporté par Abu Hurairah : Le Messager d'Allah (ﷺ) passa près de lui alors qu'il plantait une plante, et dit : « Ô Abu Hurairah, qu'es-tu en train de planter ? » J'ai répondu : « Une plante pour moi. » Il dit : « Veux-tu que je t'indique une plante meilleure que celle-ci ? » J'ai dit : « Bien sûr, ô Messager d'Allah. » Il dit : « Dis : "Subhan-Allah, wal-hamdu-lillah, wa la ilaha illallah, wa Allahu Akbar" ("Gloire à Allah, louange à Allah, nul n'a le droit d'être adoré en dehors d'Allah et Allah est le Plus Grand"). Pour chacune de ces paroles, un arbre te sera planté au Paradis. »

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي سِنَانٍ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ أَبِي سَوْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ مَرَّ بِهِ وَهُوَ يَغْرِسُ غَرْسًا فَقَالَ " يَا أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ مَا الَّذِي تَغْرِسُ " . قُلْتُ غِرَاسًا لِي . قَالَ " أَلاَ أَدُلُّكَ عَلَى غِرَاسٍ خَيْرٍ لَكَ مِنْ هَذَا " . قَالَ بَلَى يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ . قَالَ " قُلْ سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ وَلاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ وَاللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ يُغْرَسْ لَكَ بِكُلِّ وَاحِدَةٍ شَجَرَةٌ فِي الْجَنَّةِ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that :the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) passed by him when he was planting a plant, and said: "O Abu Hurairah, what are you planting?" I said: "A plant for me." He said: "Shall I not tell you of a plant that is better than this?" He said: "Of course, O Messenger of Allah." He said: "Say: 'Subhan-Allah, wal-hamdu-lillah, wa la ilaha illallah, wa Allahu Akbar (Glory is to Allah, praise is to Allah, none has the right to be worshiped but Allah and Allah is the Most Great.)' For each one a tree will be planted for you in Paradise
Traduction en ourdou
ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ وہ ایک دن درخت لگا رہے تھے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ان کے پاس سے گزرے اور فرمایا: ابوہریرہ! تم کیا لگا رہے ہو ؟ میں نے عرض کیا کہ میں درخت لگا رہا ہوں، آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: کیا میں تمہیں اس سے بہتر درخت نہ بتاؤں ؟ انہوں نے عرض کیا: کیوں نہیں؟ آپ ضرور بتلائیے اللہ کے رسول! آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: تم «سبحان الله والحمد لله ولا إله إلا الله والله أكبر» کہا کرو، تو ہر ایک کلمہ کے بدلے تمہارے لیے جنت میں ایک درخت لگایا جائے گا ۱؎۔
