Rapporté par Abu Dhar : Le Messager d’Allah a dit : "(Les esclaves sont) vos frères qu’Allah a placés sous votre responsabilité, alors donnez-leur à manger ce que vous mangez, habillez-les comme vous vous habillez, et ne leur imposez pas plus qu’ils ne peuvent supporter ; si vous leur demandez trop, alors aidez-les

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا الأَعْمَشُ، عَنِ الْمَعْرُورِ بْنِ سُوَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " إِخْوَانُكُمْ جَعَلَهُمُ اللَّهُ تَحْتَ أَيْدِيكُمْ فَأَطْعِمُوهُمْ مِمَّا تَأْكُلُونَ وَأَلْبِسُوهُمْ مِمَّا تَلْبَسُونَ وَلاَ تُكَلِّفُوهُمْ مَا يَغْلِبُهُمْ فَإِنْ كَلَّفْتُمُوهُمْ فَأَعِينُوهُمْ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated that Abu Dhar said:"The Messenger of Allah said: '(Slaves are) your brothers whom Allah has put under your control, so feed them with the same food that you eat, clothe them with the same clothes you wear, and do not burden them with so much that htey are overwhelmed; if you do burden them, then help them
Traduction en ourdou
ابوذر رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہعلیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ( حقیقت میں لونڈی اور غلام ) تمہارے بھائی ہیں، جنہیں اللہ تعالیٰ نے تمہارے ماتحت کیا ہے، اس لیے جو تم کھاتے ہو وہ انہیں بھی کھلاؤ، اور جو تم پہنتے ہو وہ انہیں بھی پہناؤ، اور انہیں ایسے کام کی تکلیف نہ دو جو ان کی قوت و طاقت سے باہر ہو، اور اگر کبھی ایسا کام ان پر ڈالو تو تم بھی اس میں شریک رہ کر ان کی مدد کرو ۔
