كتاب اللباس
Rapporté par Ibn ‘Umar : Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) portait une bague en argent, sur laquelle était gravé : “Muhammad Rasul Allah” (Muhammad le Messager d’Allah). Il a dit : “Personne ne doit faire graver sa bague comme la mienne.”

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ بْنِ مُوسَى، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ اتَّخَذَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ خَاتَمًا مِنْ وَرِقٍ ثُمَّ نَقَشَ فِيهِ مُحَمَّدٌ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ فَقَالَ " لاَ يَنْقُشْ أَحَدٌ عَلَى نَقْشِ خَاتَمِي هَذَا " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated that Ibn ‘Umar said:“The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) wore a ring of silver, then he had engraved on it (the words) ‘Muhammad Rasul Allah’ (Muhammad the Messenger of Allah). And he said: ‘No one should have his ring engraved like this ring of mine.’”

عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے چاندی کی ایک انگوٹھی بنوائی، پھر اس میں «محمد رسول الله» نقش کرایا، اور فرمایا: میری انگوٹھی کا یہ نقش کوئی اور نہ کرائے ۱؎۔
