Rapporté par Abu Hurairah : Nous avions l’habitude de rapporter du Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) et de mentionner les truffes, et ils disaient : « C’est la variole de la terre. » Lorsque le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a été informé de ce qu’ils disaient, il a dit : « Les truffes sont une sorte de manne, et les ajwah viennent du Paradis, elles sont un remède contre le poison. »

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ الصَّمَدِ، حَدَّثَنَا مَطَرٌ الْوَرَّاقُ، عَنْ شَهْرِ بْنِ حَوْشَبٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ كُنَّا نَتَحَدَّثُ عِنْدَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ فَذَكَرْنَا الْكَمْأَةَ فَقَالُوا هِيَ جُدَرِيُّ الأَرْضِ . فَنُمِيَ الْحَدِيثُ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ فَقَالَ " الْكَمْأَةُ مِنَ الْمَنِّ وَالْعَجْوَةُ مِنَ الْجَنَّةِ وَهِيَ شِفَاءٌ مِنَ السَّمِّ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said:“We used to narrate from the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) and mention truffles, and they said: ‘(It is) the smallpox of the earth.’ When the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) was told of what they were saying: he said: ‘Truffles are a type of manna, and the Ajwah are from Paradise, and they are a healing from poison.’”
Traduction en ourdou
ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ ہم لوگ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس گفتگو کر رہے تھے کہ کھمبی کا ذکر آ گیا، تو لوگوں نے کہا: وہ تو زمین کی چیچک ہے، یہ بات رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم تک پہنچی تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: کھمبی «منّ» میں سے ہے، اور عجوہ کھجور جنت کا پھل ہے، اور اس میں زہر سے شفاء ہے ۔
