Hadith 3297 — Livre 29: Chapters on Food
كتاب الأطعمة
Rapporté par Abu Huraira : Le Prophète (ﷺ) a dit : « Si l’un d’entre vous va se coucher avec une odeur sur ses mains et qu’il ne les lave pas, et qu’il lui arrive quelque chose, il ne doit s’en prendre qu’à lui-même. »

Texte arabe original
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ أَبِي الشَّوَارِبِ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ الْمُخْتَارِ، حَدَّثَنَا سُهَيْلُ بْنُ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قَالَ " إِذَا نَامَ أَحَدُكُمْ وَفِي يَدِهِ رِيحُ غَمَرٍ فَلَمْ يَغْسِلْ يَدَهُ فَأَصَابَهُ شَىْءٌ فَلاَ يَلُومَنَّ إِلاَّ نَفْسَهُ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Prophet (ﷺ) said:“If anyone of you goes to bed with a smell emanating from his hand, and he does not wash his hand, and something happens to him, he should not blame anyone but himself.”

ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: تم میں سے کوئی شخص جب اس حالت میں سوئے کہ اس کے ہاتھ میں چکنائی کی بو ہو، اور اس نے اپنا ہاتھ نہ دھویا ہو، پھر اسے کسی چیز نے نقصان پہنچایا تو وہ خود اپنے ہی کو ملامت کرے ۔
