Hadith 3084 — Livre 25: Chapters on Hajj Rituals
كتاب مناسك الحج
Rapporté par Ibn ‘Abbas : Le cou d’un homme a été brisé par sa monture (après une chute) alors qu’il était en état d’Ihram. Le Prophète (ﷺ) a dit : “Lavez-le avec de l’eau et des feuilles de jujubier, et enveloppez-le dans ses deux vêtements, mais ne couvrez pas son visage ni sa tête, car il sera ressuscité le Jour de la Résurrection en récitant la Talbiyah.” Une autre version rapporte la même chose, sauf qu’un autre verbe est utilisé pour la fracture du cou, et il a dit : “Ne l’approchez pas de parfum, car il sera ressuscité le Jour de la Résurrection en récitant la Talbiyah.”

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّ رَجُلاً، أَوْقَصَتْهُ رَاحِلَتُهُ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " اغْسِلُوهُ بِمَاءٍ وَسِدْرٍ وَكَفِّنُوهُ فِي ثَوْبَيْهِ وَلاَ تُخَمِّرُوا وَجْهَهُ وَلاَ رَأْسَهُ فَإِنَّهُ يُبْعَثُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ مُلَبِّيًا " . حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ أَبِي بِشْرٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، مِثْلَهُ إِلاَّ أَنَّهُ قَالَ أَعْقَصَتْهُ رَاحِلَتُهُ . وَقَالَ " لاَ تُقَرِّبُوهُ طِيبًا فَإِنَّهُ يُبْعَثُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ مُلَبِّيًا " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from Ibn ‘Abbas that a man’s neck was broken by his mount (from falling) while he was in the state of Ihram. The Prophet (ﷺ) said:“Wash him with water and lote leaves, and shroud him in his two garments, but do not cover his face or his head, for he will be raised on the Day of Resurrection reciting the Talbiyah.” Another chain reports the same except a different verb was used for the break of the neck and he said "do not bring him near perfume, for he will be raised on the Day of Resurrection reciting the Talbiyah.”

عبداللہ بن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ احرام کی حالت میں ایک شخص کی اونٹنی نے اس کی گردن توڑ ڈالی، نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: اس کو پانی اور بیر کی پتی سے غسل دو، اور اس کے دونوں کپڑوں ہی میں اسے کفنا دو، اس کا منہ اور سر نہ ڈھانپو کیونکہ وہ قیامت کے دن لبیک کہتا ہوا اٹھایا جائے گا ۔
