Hadith 3037 — Livre 25: Chapters on Hajj Rituals
كتاب مناسك الحج
Rapporté par Abu Baddah bin ‘Asim, d’après son père : Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a donné la permission à certains gardiens de chameaux de rester à Mina, et de lancer les cailloux le jour du sacrifice, puis de regrouper le lancer des deux jours suivants pour le faire sur l’un des deux jours. Malik a dit : « Je pense qu’il a dit : “Le premier des deux jours, puis ils pouvaient lancer les cailloux le jour du départ de Mina.” »

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَنْبَأَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سِنَانٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، عَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ، حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي الْبَدَّاحِ بْنِ عَاصِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ رَخَّصَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ لِرِعَاءِ الإِبِلِ فِي الْبَيْتُوتَةِ أَنْ يَرْمُوا يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ ثُمَّ يَجْمَعُوا رَمْىَ يَوْمَيْنِ بَعْدَ النَّحْرِ فَيَرْمُونَهُ فِي أَحَدِهِمَا - قَالَ مَالِكٌ ظَنَنْتُ أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي الأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا - ثُمَّ يَرْمُونَ يَوْمَ النَّفْرِ .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from Abu Baddah bin ‘Asim that his father said:“The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) granted permission to some camel herders regarding staying (in Mina),* and allowing them to stone the Pillars on the Day of Sacrifice, then to combine the stoning of two days after the sacrifice, so that they could do it on one of the two days.”** Malik said: “I think that he said: ‘On the first of the first of the two days, then they could stone them on the day of departure (from Mina).’”
Traduction en ourdou
عاصم بن عدی رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اونٹ کے چرواہوں کو رخصت دی کہ وہ یوم النحر ( دسویں ذی الحجہ ) کو رمی کر لیں، پھر یوم النحر کے بعد کے دو دنوں کی رمی ایک ساتھ جمع کر لیں، خواہ گیارہویں، بارہویں دونوں کی رمی بارہویں کو کریں، یا گیارہویں کو بارہویں کی بھی رمی کر لیں ۱؎۔ مالک بن انس کہتے ہیں کہ میرا خیال ہے کہ انہوں نے کہا: پہلے دن رمی کریں پھر جس دن کوچ کرنے لگیں اس دن کر لیں۔
