Hadith 2840 — Livre 24: The Chapters on Jihad
كتاب الجهاد
Rapporté par Iyas bin Salamah bin Awka’, d’après son père : « Nous avons attaqué Hawazin avec Abu Bakr, à l’époque du Prophète (ﷺ), et nous sommes arrivés à une oasis appartenant à Bani Fazarah en fin de nuit. Nous avons attaqué à l’aube, pris les habitants par surprise et tué neuf ou sept familles. »

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، أَنْبَأَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ بْنِ عَمَّارٍ، عَنْ إِيَاسِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ الأَكْوَعِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ غَزَوْنَا مَعَ أَبِي بَكْرٍ هَوَازِنَ عَلَى عَهْدِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَأَتَيْنَا مَاءً لِبَنِي فَزَارَةَ فَعَرَّسْنَا حَتَّى إِذَا كَانَ عِنْدَ الصُّبْحُ شَنَنَّاهَا عَلَيْهِمْ غَارَةً فَأَتَيْنَا أَهْلَ مَاءٍ فَبَيَّتْنَاهُمْ فَقَتَلْنَاهُمْ تِسْعَةً أَوْ سَبْعَةَ أَبْيَاتٍ .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from Iyas bin Salamah bin Awka’, that his father said:“We attacked Hawazin, with Abu Bakr, during the time of the Prophet (ﷺ), and we arrived at an oasis belonging to Bani Fazarah during the last part of the night. We attacked at dawn, raiding the people of the oasis, and killed them, nine or seven households.”

سلمہ بن الاکوع رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے زمانے میں ہم نے ابوبکر رضی اللہ عنہ کے ہمراہ قبیلہ ہوازن سے جہاد کیا، چنانچہ ہم بنی فزارہ کے چشمہ کے پاس آئے اور ہم نے وہیں پر پڑاؤ ڈالا، جب صبح کا وقت ہوا، تو ہم نے ان پر حملہ کر دیا، پھر ہم چشمہ والوں کے پاس آئے ان پر بھی شبخون مارا، اور ان کے نو یا سات گھروں کے لوگوں کو قتل کیا۔
