كتاب الجهاد
Rapporté par le fils de Samurah bin Jundub, d’après son père : Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a dit : « Celui qui tue (un ennemi), le butin lui appartient. »

Texte arabe original
حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مَالِكٍ الأَشْجَعِيُّ، عَنْ نُعَيْمِ بْنِ أَبِي هِنْدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مَنْ قَتَلَ فَلَهُ السَّلَبُ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from the son of Samurah bin Jundub that his father said:“The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: ‘Whoever kills, the spoils are his.’”
Traduction en ourdou
سمرہ بن جندب رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جو شخص ( کسی کافر ) کو قتل کرے، تو اس سے چھینا ہوا مال اسی کو ملے گا ۱؎۔
