كتاب الجهاد
Rapporté par Abu Qatadah Al-Ansari : Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a dit : « Les meilleurs chevaux sont ceux qui sont d’un noir profond, avec une étoile sur le front, des marques blanches sur les jambes, le nez et la lèvre supérieure blancs, et sans marque blanche sur la jambe avant droite. Sinon, qu’ils soient brun-roux avec ces mêmes marques. »

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا وَهْبُ بْنُ جَرِيرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي قَالَ، سَمِعْتُ يَحْيَى بْنَ أَيُّوبَ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ، عَنْ عُلَىِّ بْنِ رَبَاحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ الأَنْصَارِيِّ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " خَيْرُ الْخَيْلِ الأَدْهَمُ الأَقْرَحُ الْمُحَجَّلُ الأَرْثَمُ طَلْقُ الْيَدِ الْيُمْنَى فَإِنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ أَدْهَمَ فَكُمَيْتٌ عَلَى هَذِهِ الشِّيَةِ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from Abu Qatadah Al-Ansari that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:“The best of horses are those that are deep black, with a blaze on the forehead, white marks on the legs and white nose and upper lip, and with no whiteness on the right foreleg. If not deep-black, then reddish-brown, with these markings.”
Traduction en ourdou
ابوقتادہ انصاری رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: کالا گھوڑا جس کی پیشانی، ہاتھ، پیر، ناک اور اوپر کا ہونٹ سفید ہوں، اور دایاں ہاتھ باقی جسم کی طرح ہو، سب سے عمدہ ہے، اگر وہ کالا نہ ہو تو انہیں صفات والا سرخ سیاہی مائل گھوڑا عمدہ ہے ۱؎۔
