كتاب الفرائض
Rapporté par ‘Amr bin Shu’aib, d’après son père, d’après son grand-père : Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a dit : « Celui qui commet l’adultère avec une esclave ou une femme libre, son enfant est illégitime, et il ne peut ni hériter de lui ni être hérité par lui (c’est-à-dire que cet enfant ne peut pas hériter de lui). »

Texte arabe original
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ الْيَمَانِ، عَنِ الْمُثَنَّى بْنِ الصَّبَّاحِ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مَنْ عَاهَرَ أَمَةً أَوْ حُرَّةً فَوَلَدُهُ وَلَدُ زِنًا لاَ يَرِثُ وَلاَ يُورَثُ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from ‘Amr bin Shu’aib, from his father, from his grandfather that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:“Whoever commits adultery with a slave woman or a free woman, his child is illegitimate, and he cannot inherit from him or be inherited from (i.e., this child cannot inherit from him).”
Traduction en ourdou
عبداللہ بن عمرو بن العاص رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جس شخص نے کسی لونڈی یا آزاد عورت سے زنا کیا، پھر اس سے بچہ پیدا ہوا تو وہ ولدالزنا ہے، نہ وہ مرد اس بچے کا وارث ہو گا، نہ وہ بچہ اس مرد کا ۔
