Rapporté par ‘Amr bin Shu’aib, d’après son père, d’après son grand-père : Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a dit : « Des personnes de deux religions différentes n’héritent pas l’une de l’autre. »

Texte arabe original
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رُمْحٍ، أَنْبَأَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ، عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ، أَنَّ الْمُثَنَّى بْنَ الصَّبَّاحِ، أَخْبَرَهُ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " لاَ يَتَوَارَثُ أَهْلُ مِلَّتَيْنِ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from ‘Amr bin Shu’aib, from his father, from his grandfather, that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:“People of two different religions do not inherit from one another.”

عبداللہ بن عمرو بن العاص رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: دو مذہب والے ( جیسے کافر اور مسلمان ) ایک دوسرے کے وارث نہیں ہوں گے ۔
