Rapporté par Anas bin Malik : Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a dit : “Celui qui cherche à priver ses héritiers de leur part d’héritage, Allah (SWT) le privera de son héritage au Paradis le Jour de la Résurrection.”

Texte arabe original
حَدَّثَنَا سُوَيْدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحِيمِ بْنُ زَيْدٍ الْعَمِّيِّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مَنْ فَرَّ مِنْ مِيرَاثِ وَارِثِهِ قَطَعَ اللَّهُ مِيرَاثَهُ مِنَ الْجَنَّةِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from Anas bin Malik that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:“Whoever tries to avoid giving the inheritance to his heirs, Allah (SWT) will deprive him of his inheritance in Paradise on the Day of Resurrection.”
Traduction en ourdou
انس بن مالک رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جو شخص اپنے وارث کو میراث دلانے سے بھاگے، قیامت کے دن اللہ تعالیٰ اسے جنت کی میراث نہ دے گا ۔
