Rapporté par 'Amr bin Shu'aib, d’après son père, d’après son grand-père : Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a dit : “La main des musulmans est au-dessus des autres, et leur sang et leurs biens ont la même valeur. L’asile accordé par le plus humble d’entre eux s’applique à tous les musulmans, et les musulmans rendent (le butin de guerre) jusqu’au plus éloigné d’entre eux.”

حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا حَاتِمُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَيَّاشٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " يَدُ الْمُسْلِمِينَ عَلَى مَنْ سِوَاهُمْ تَتَكَافَأُ دِمَاؤُهُمْ وَيُجِيرُ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِينَ أَدْنَاهُمْ وَيَرُدُّ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِينَ أَقْصَاهُمْ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from 'Amr bin Shu'aib, from his father, from his grandfather that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:“The hand of the Muslims is over others, and their blood and wealth is equal in value. The (asylum granted by) the lowest of them applies to the Muslims, and the Muslims return (the spoils of war) to the farthest of them.”
Traduction en ourdou
عبداللہ بن عمرو بن العاص رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: مسلمانوں کا ہاتھ اپنے علاوہ دوسری قوم والوں پر ہے ( یعنی ان سب سے لڑیں، آپس میں نہ لڑیں ) ان کے خون اور ان کے مال برابر ہیں، مسلمانوں کا ادنی شخص کسی کو پناہ دے سکتا ہے اور لشکر میں دور والا شخص بھی مال غنیمت کا مستحق ہو گا ۔
