Rapporté par Abu Hurairah : Sa’d bin Ubadah Al-Ansari a dit : “Ô Messager d’Allah (ﷺ), si un homme trouve un autre homme avec sa femme, doit-il le tuer ?” Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a dit : “Non.” Sa’d a dit : “Si, il le doit, par Celui qui t’a honoré avec la Vérité !” Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a dit : “Écoutez ce que dit votre chef !”

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدَةَ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الْمَدِينِيُّ أَبُو عُبَيْدٍ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الدَّرَاوَرْدِيُّ، عَنْ سُهَيْلِ بْنِ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ سَعْدَ بْنَ عُبَادَةَ الأَنْصَارِيَّ، قَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ الرَّجُلُ يَجِدُ مَعَ امْرَأَتِهِ رَجُلاً أَيَقْتُلُهُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لاَ " . قَالَ سَعْدٌ بَلَى وَالَّذِي أَكْرَمَكَ بِالْحَقِّ . فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " اسْمَعُوا مَا يَقُولُ سَيِّدُكُمْ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that Sa'd bin Ubadah Al-Ansari said:“O Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) if a man finds another man with his wife, should he kill him?” The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “No.” Sa'd said: “Yes he should, by the one who honored you with the Truth!” The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “Listen to what your leader says!”
Traduction en ourdou
ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ سعد بن عبادہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے پوچھا: اللہ کے رسول! آدمی اگر اپنی بیوی کے ساتھ کسی شخص کو پائے تو کیا اسے قتل کر دے؟ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: نہیں سعد رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہا: کیوں نہیں، قسم ہے اس ذات کی جس نے آپ کو حق کا اعزاز بخشا، تو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: لوگو! سنو تمہارا سردار کیا کہہ رہا ہے ؟ ۱؎۔
