Rapporté par Ubadah bin Samit : Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a dit : “Celui d’entre vous qui subit une peine légale, sa punition lui est appliquée ici-bas et cela lui sert d’expiation ; sinon, son cas dépend d’Allah.”

Texte arabe original
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ، وَابْنُ أَبِي عَدِيٍّ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ الْحَذَّاءِ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلاَبَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الأَشْعَثِ، عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مَنْ أَصَابَ مِنْكُمْ حَدًّا فَعُجِّلَتْ لَهُ عُقُوبَتُهُ فَهُوَ كَفَّارَتُهُ وَإِلاَّ فَأَمْرُهُ إِلَى اللَّهِ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from Ubadah bin Samit that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:“Whoever among you undergoes a Hadd, his punishment has been brought forward, and it is an expiation for him otherwise his case rests with Allah.”
Traduction en ourdou
عبادہ بن صامت رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: تم میں سے اگر کوئی ایسا کام کرے جس سے حد لازم آئے، اور اسے اس کی سزا مل جائے، تو یہی اس کا کفارہ ہے، ورنہ اس کا معاملہ اللہ کے حوالے ہے ۔
