Rapporté par Abu Hurairah : Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a dit : “On ne coupe pas la main pour le vol de produits agricoles ou de régimes de dattes.”

Texte arabe original
حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعْدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْمَقْبُرِيُّ، عَنْ أَخِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لاَ قَطْعَ فِي ثَمَرٍ وَلاَ كَثَرٍ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:“The hand is not to be cut off for (stealing) produce or the spadix of palm trees.”

ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلیاللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: پھل اور کھجور کا گابھا چرانے سے ہاتھ نہیں کاٹا جائے گا ۔
