Rapporté par Ibn Abbas : Un des esclaves du butin a volé quelque chose du butin, et l’affaire a été portée devant le Prophète (ﷺ) mais il n’a pas fait couper sa main, et il a dit : “Les biens d’Allah (STW), une partie vole une autre partie.”

حَدَّثَنَا جُبَارَةُ بْنُ الْمُغَلِّسِ، حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ تَمِيمٍ، عَنْ مَيْمُونِ بْنِ مِهْرَانَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّ عَبْدًا، مِنْ رَقِيقِ الْخُمُسِ سَرَقَ مِنَ الْخُمُسِ فَرُفِعَ ذَلِكَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَلَمْ يَقْطَعْهُ وَقَالَ " مَالُ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ سَرَقَ بَعْضُهُ بَعْضًا " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from Ibn Abbas that :one of the slaves of Khumus stole something from the Khumus, and the matter was referred to the Prophet (ﷺ) but he did not cut off his hand, and he said ' The Property of Allah, (STW) part of it stealing another part.' ”
Traduction en ourdou
عبداللہ بن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ بیت المال کے لیے مال غنیمت کے پانچویں حصے میں جو غلام ملے تھے ان میں سے ایک غلام نے خمس ( پانچویں حصہ ) میں سے کچھ چرا لیا، یہ معاملہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس پیش کیا گیا، آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اس کا ہاتھ نہیں کاٹا اور فرمایا: ( خمس ) اللہ کا مال ہے، ایک نے دوسرے کو چرایا ۔
