Rapporté par Aishah : Le Messager d’Allah (S.A.W.) a dit : “Ne coupez la main (du voleur) que pour quelque chose valant au moins un quart de dinar.”

Texte arabe original
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مَرْوَانَ الْعُثْمَانِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، أَنَّ عَمْرَةَ، أَخْبَرَتْهُ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لاَ تُقْطَعُ الْيَدُ إِلاَّ فِي رُبُعِ دِينَارٍ فَصَاعِدًا " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from Aishah that the Messenger of Allah (S.A.W.) said:“Do not cut off (the thief's hand) except for something worth one quarter of a Dinar or more
Traduction en ourdou
ام المؤمینین عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ہاتھ اسی وقت کاٹا جائے گا جب ( چرائی گئی چیز کی قیمت ) چوتھائی دینار یا اس سے زیادہ ہو ۱؎۔
