كتاب الحدود
Rapporté par Anas bin Malik : Des gens de la tribu de `Urainah sont venus chez nous (à Médine) à l’époque du Messager d’Allah (ﷺ), mais ils ne voulaient pas rester à Médine car le climat ne leur convenait pas. Il a dit : “Allez vers les chameaux qui nous appartiennent et buvez de leur lait et de leur urine.” Ils l’ont fait (et ont guéri), puis ils ont apostasié de l’islam, ont tué le berger du Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) et volé ses chameaux. Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a envoyé des gens à leur poursuite, ils ont été ramenés. Ensuite, il leur a fait couper les mains et les pieds, a marqué leurs yeux au fer et les a laissés à Harrah jusqu’à ce qu’ils meurent

حَدَّثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْجَهْضَمِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ، حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدٌ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، أَنَّ أُنَاسًا، مِنْ عُرَيْنَةَ قَدِمُوا عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَاجْتَوَوُا الْمَدِينَةَ فَقَالَ " لَوْ خَرَجْتُمْ إِلَى ذَوْدٍ لَنَا فَشَرِبْتُمْ مِنْ أَلْبَانِهَا وَأَبْوَالِهَا " . فَفَعَلُوا فَارْتَدُّوا عَنِ الإِسْلاَمِ وَقَتَلُوا رَاعِيَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَاسْتَاقُوا ذَوْدَهُ فَبَعَثَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ فِي طَلَبِهِمْ فَجِيءَ بِهِمْ فَقَطَعَ أَيْدِيَهُمْ وَأَرْجُلَهُمْ وَسَمَرَ أَعْيُنَهُمْ وَتَرَكَهُمْ بِالْحَرَّةِ حَتَّى مَاتُوا .
Traduction anglaise
Anas bin Malik narrated that :some people from (the tribe of) `Urainah came to us (to Al-Madinah) during the time of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), but they did not want to stay in Al-Madinah because the climate did not suit them. He said: “Go out to the camels which belong to us, and drink their milk and urine.” So they did that (and recovered), then they apostatized from Islam and killed the herdsman of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) and stole his camels. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) sent people after them, and they were brought back. Then he cut off their hands and feet, branded their eyes and left them in Harrah until they died

انس بن مالک رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ قبیلہ عرینہ کے چند لوگ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے زمانے میں آئے، انہیں مدینہ کی آب و ہوا راس نہ آئی تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ان سے فرمایا: اگر تم ہمارے اونٹوں کے ریوڑ میں جاؤ، اور ان کا دودھ اور پیشاب پیو تو صحت مند ہو جاؤ گے ۱؎ ان لوگوں نے ایسا ہی کیا، پھر وہ اسلام سے پھر گئے ( مرتد ہو گئے ) اور رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے چرواہے کو قتل کر کے آپ کے اونٹوں کو ہانک لے گئے، یہ دیکھ کر رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے انہیں گرفتار کرنے کے لیے لوگوں کو بھیجا، چنانچہ وہ گرفتار کر کے لائے گئے، تو آپ نے ان کے ہاتھ پیر کاٹ دئیے، ان کی آنکھوں میں لوہے کی گرم سلائی پھیر دی، ۲؎ اور انہیں حرہ ۳؎ میں چھوڑ دیا یہاں تک کہ وہ مر گئے ۔
