Rapporté par `Ubadah bin Samit : Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a dit : “Apprenez de moi. Allah (SWT) leur a prescrit une autre voie. (Si) une vierge commet une relation interdite avec une vierge, (la peine est) cent coups de fouet et l’exil pendant un an. (Si) une personne déjà mariée commet l’adultère avec une autre déjà mariée, (la peine est) cent coups de fouet et la lapidation.”

حَدَّثَنَا بَكْرُ بْنُ خَلَفٍ أَبُو بِشْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنْ حِطَّانَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " خُذُوا عَنِّي خُذُوا عَنِّي قَدْ جَعَلَ اللَّهُ لَهُنَّ سَبِيلاً الْبِكْرُ بِالْبِكْرِ جَلْدُ مِائَةٍ وَتَغْرِيبُ سَنَةٍ وَالثَّيِّبُ بِالثَّيِّبِ جَلْدُ مِائَةٍ وَالرَّجْمُ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from `Ubadah bin Samit that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:“Learn from me. Allah (SWT) has ordained for them (women) another way. (If) a virgin (commits illegal sexual intercourse) with a virgin, (the punishment is) one hundred lashes and exile for one year. (If) a Thayyib (commits adultery) with a Thayyib (the punishment is) one hundred lashes and stoning.”
Traduction en ourdou
عبادہ بن صامت رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ( دین کے احکام ) مجھ سے سیکھ لو، اللہ تعالیٰ نے ان کے لیے ( جنہیں زنا کے جرم میں گھروں میں قید رکھنے کا حکم دیا گیا تھا، اور اللہ کے حکم کا انتظار کرنے کے لیے کہا گیا تھا ) راہ نکال دی ہے: کنوارا کنواری کے ساتھ زنا کا مرتکب ہو تو سو کوڑوں اور ایک سال کی جلا وطنی کی سزا ہے، اور شادی شدہ مرد شادی شدہ عورت کے ساتھ زنا کرے ہو تو سو کوڑوں اور رجم کی سزا ہے ۱؎۔
