Rapporté par Tawus : Mu‘adh bin Jabal a loué des terres à l’époque du Messager d’Allah (ﷺ), d’Abu Bakr, d’Umar et d’Uthman, en échange d’un tiers ou d’un quart de la récolte, et il continuait à le faire jusqu’à aujourd’hui

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ الْجَحْدَرِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، أَنَّ مُعَاذَ بْنَ جَبَلٍ، أَكْرَى الأَرْضَ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَأَبِي بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرَ وَعُثْمَانَ عَلَى الثُّلُثِ وَالرُّبُعِ فَهُوَ يَعْمَلُ بِهِ إِلَى يَوْمِكَ هَذَا .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from Tawus that :Mu`adh bin Jabl leased some land during the time of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), Abu Bakr, 'Umar and 'Uthmah, in return for one third or one fourth (of the yield), and he was still doing that until this day of yours
Traduction en ourdou
طاؤس سے روایت ہے کہ معاذ بن جبل رضی اللہ عنہ نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم، ابوبکرو عمر اور عثمان رضی اللہ عنہم کے عہد میں زمین کو تہائی اور چوتھائی کرائے پر دیا، اور آج تک اسی پر عمل کیا جا رہا ہے ۔
