كتاب الرهون
Rapporté par Ibn 'Abbas : Il a appris que les gens louaient de plus en plus de terres. Il a dit : “Subhan-Allah, le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a dit : ‘Pourquoi l’un de vous ne prête-t-il pas son terrain à son frère ?’ Mais il n’a pas interdit de louer la terre.”

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رُمْحٍ، أَنْبَأَنَا اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّهُ لَمَّا سَمِعَ إِكْثَارَ النَّاسِ، فِي كِرَاءِ الأَرْضِ قَالَ سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ إِنَّمَا قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " أَلاَ مَنَحَهَا أَحَدُكُمْ أَخَاهُ " . وَلَمْ يَنْهَ عَنْ كِرَائِهَا .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas that he heard that people were leasing out land more. He said:“Subhan-Allah, the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: 'Why does not one of you lend it to his brother?' But he did not forbid leasing it out.' ”
Traduction en ourdou
عبداللہ بن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ جب انہوں نے سنا کہ لوگ زمین کو کرائیے پر دینے کے سلسلے میں کثرت سے گفتگو کر رہے ہیں، تو «سبحان اللہ»کہہ کر تعجب کا اظہار کیا، اور کہا کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے تو یوں فرمایا تھا: تم میں سے کسی نے اپنے بھائی کو زمین مفت کیوں نہیں دے دی آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اسے کرائے پر دینے سے منع نہیں کیا ۱؎۔
