Hadith 2452 — Livre 16: The Chapters on Pawning
كتاب الرهون
Rapporté par Abu Hurairah : Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a dit : “Celui qui possède un terrain, qu’il le cultive lui-même ou qu’il le donne gratuitement à son frère pour qu’il le cultive. S’il ne veut pas faire cela, qu’il garde son terrain.”

Texte arabe original
حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْجَوْهَرِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو تَوْبَةَ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ نَافِعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ سَلاَّمٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مَنْ كَانَتْ لَهُ أَرْضٌ فَلْيَزْرَعْهَا أَوْ لِيَمْنَحْهَا أَخَاهُ فَإِنْ أَبَى فَلْيُمْسِكْ أَرْضَهُ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:“Whoever has land, let him cultivate it (himself) or let him give it to his brother (for free, to cultivate it), and if he does not want to do that, let him keep his land.”
Traduction en ourdou
ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جس کے پاس زمین ہو وہ خود کھیتی کرے یا اپنے بھائی کو ( مفت ) دیدے، ورنہ اپنی زمین اپنے پاس ہی روکے رہے ۱؎۔
