Hadith 2376 — Livre 14: The Chapters on Gifts
كتاب الهبات
Rapporté par Nu'man bin Bashir : Son père lui a offert un esclave et il est allé voir le Prophète (ﷺ) pour qu’il soit témoin de ce don. Le Prophète (ﷺ) a demandé : “As-tu donné quelque chose à tous tes enfants ?” Il a répondu : “Non.” Le Prophète (ﷺ) a dit : “Alors reprends ton don.”

حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، وَمُحَمَّدِ بْنِ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ، أَخْبَرَاهُ عَنِ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ، أَنَّ أَبَاهُ، نَحَلَهُ غُلاَمًا وَأَنَّهُ جَاءَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يُشْهِدُهُ فَقَالَ " أَكُلَّ وَلَدِكَ نَحَلْتَ " . قَالَ لاَ . قَالَ " فَارْدُدْهُ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from Nu'man bin Bashir that:his father gave him a gift of a slave, and he came to the Prophet (ﷺ) so that he could witness the gift. He said: “Have you given something to all of your children?” He said: “No.” He said: “Then take back (your gift).”
Traduction en ourdou
نعمان بن بشیر رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ ان کے والد نے ان کو ایک غلام دیا، اور نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس آئے تاکہ آپ کو اس پر گواہ بنائیں تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: تم نے اپنے سارے بیٹوں کو ایسے ہی دیا ہے ؟ انہوں نے کہا: نہیں، آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: تب اس کو واپس لے لو ۔
