كتاب الأحكام
Rapporté par 'Amr bin Shuaib, d’après son père, de la part de son grand-père : “Le témoignage d’un homme ou d’une femme qui est traître, ou de quelqu’un qui a subi une des peines prévues par l’islam, ou de quelqu’un qui a de la rancune envers son frère, n’est pas accepté.”

حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الرَّقِّيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ أَرْطَاةَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لاَ تَجُوزُ شَهَادَةُ خَائِنٍ وَلاَ خَائِنَةٍ وَلاَ مَحْدُودٍ فِي الإِسْلاَمِ وَلاَ ذِي غِمْرٍ عَلَى أَخِيهِ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from 'Amr bin Shuaib from his father that his grandfather said:“The Testimony of a man or woman who is treacherous, or of one who has been subjected to one of the Haad punishments of Islam, or of one who bears a grudge against his brother, is not permissible.”
Traduction en ourdou
عبداللہ بن عمرو بن العاص رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: نہ خائن مرد کی گواہی جائز ہے اور نہ خائن عورت کی، اور نہ اس کی جس پر اسلام میں حد نافذ ہوئی ہو، اور نہ اس کی جو اپنے بھائی کے خلاف کینہ و عداوت رکھے ۔
