Rapporté par 'Umair, l'esclave affranchi d'Aabi Lahm, qui a dit : "Mon maître me donnait de la nourriture et j'en donnais aux autres, puis il m'a empêché," ou il a dit : "Il m'a frappé. Alors j'ai demandé au Prophète," - ou - "il lui a demandé et j'ai dit : 'Je ne vais pas arrêter.' Il a dit : 'Vous serez tous les deux récompensés

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ عُمَيْرٍ، - مَوْلَى آبِي اللَّحْمِ - قَالَ كَانَ مَوْلاَىَ يُعْطِينِي الشَّىْءَ فَأُطْعِمُ مِنْهُ فَمَنَعَنِي - أَوْ قَالَ فَضَرَبَنِي - فَسَأَلْتُ النَّبِيَّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ أَوْ سَأَلَهُ فَقُلْتُ لاَ أَنْتَهِي أَوْ لاَ أَدَعُهُ . فَقَالَ " الأَجْرُ بَيْنَكُمَا " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated that 'Umair, the freed slave of Aabi Lahm, said:"My master used to give me food and I would feed others from it, then he stopped me," or he said: "He beat me. So I asked the Prophet,” -or- "he asked him and I said: 'I will not stop.' He said: 'Both of you will be rewarded
Traduction en ourdou
عمیر مولی آبی اللحم رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ میرے مالک مجھے کوئی چیز دیتے تو میں اس میں سے اوروں کو بھی کھلا دیتا تھا تو انہوں نے مجھ کو ایسا کرنے سے روکا یا کہا: انہوں نے مجھے مارا، تو میں نے نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے پوچھا: یا اسی مالک نے آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے پوچھا: میں نے عرض کیا: میں اس سے باز نہیں آ سکتا، یا میں اسے چھوڑ نہیں سکتا ( کہ مسکین کو کھانا نہ کھلاؤں ) تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: تم دونوں کو اس کا اجر ملے گا ۔
