حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، سَمِعَ مَالِكَ بْنَ أَوْسِ بْنِ الْحَدَثَانِ، يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ عُمَرَ، يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " الذَّهَبُ بِالْوَرِقِ رِبًا إِلاَّ هَاءَ وَهَاءَ " . قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ سَمِعْتُ سُفْيَانَ يَقُولُ الذَّهَبُ بِالْوَرِقِ احْفَظُوا .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated that Zuhri heard Malik bin Aws bin Hadathan say:"I heard 'Umar say: "The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), said: 'Gold for silver is usury, unless it is exchanged on the spot."' (Sahih) Abu Bakr bin Abu-Shaibah said: "I heard sufyan saying: 'Gold for silver." memorize (this)
Traduction en ourdou
عمر رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: سونے کو چاندی سے بیچنا سود ہے مگر نقدا نقد ۔ ابوبکر بن ابی شیبہ کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے سفیان بن عیینہ کو کہتے سنا: یاد رکھو کہ سونے کو چاندی سے یعنی باوجود اختلاف جنس کے ادھار بیچنا «ربا» ( سود ) ہے
