Rapporté par Abu Hurairah : J'ai entendu Abu Saeed Al-Khudri dire : "Un Dirham contre un Dirham et un Dinar contre un Dinar." Alors j'ai dit : "J'ai entendu Ibn 'Abbas dire autre chose." Il a dit : "Mais j'ai rencontré Ibn 'Abbas et je lui ai dit : Dis-moi ce que tu dis sur l'échange, est-ce quelque chose que tu as entendu du Messager d'Allah (ﷺ) ou que tu as trouvé dans le Livre d'Allah ?" Il a dit : "Je ne l'ai pas trouvé dans le Livre d'Allah, et je ne l'ai pas entendu du Messager d'Allah ; c'est plutôt Usamah bin Zaid qui m'a dit que le Messager d'Allah (ﷺ) a dit : "L'usure n'existe que dans le crédit

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الصَّبَّاحِ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيَّ، يَقُولُ الدِّرْهَمُ بِالدِّرْهَمِ وَالدِّينَارُ بِالدِّينَارِ . فَقُلْتُ إِنِّي سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ يَقُولُ غَيْرَ ذَلِكَ . قَالَ أَمَا إِنِّي لَقِيتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ فَقُلْتُ أَخْبِرْنِي عَنْ هَذَا الَّذِي تَقُولُ فِي الصَّرْفِ أَشَىْءٌ سَمِعْتَهُ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ أَمْ شَىْءٌ وَجَدْتَهُ فِي كِتَابِ اللَّهِ . فَقَالَ مَا وَجَدْتُهُ فِي كِتَابِ اللَّهِ وَلاَ سَمِعْتُهُ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ وَلَكِنْ أَخْبَرَنِي أُسَامَةُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قَالَ " إِنَّمَا الرِّبَا فِي النَّسِيئَةِ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said:"I heard Abu Saeed Al-Khudri say: 'A Dirham for a Dirham and a Dinar for a Dinar.' So I said: 'I heard Ibn 'Abbas say something other than that.' He said: 'But I met Ibn 'Abbas and said: "Tell me about what you say concerning exchange is it something that you heard from the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) or something that You found in the Book of Allah?" He said: "I did not find it in the Book of Allah, and I did not hear it from the Messenger of Allah; rather Usamah bin Zaid told me that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Usury is only in credit

ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے ابو سعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ کو کہتے سنا کہ درہم کو درہم سے، اور دینار کو دینار سے برابر برابر بیچنا چاہیئے، تو میں نے ان سے کہا کہ میں نے ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما کو کچھ اور کہتے سنا ہے، ابوسعید رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں: تو میں ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے جا کر ملا، اور میں نے ان سے کہا: آپ بیع صرف کے متعلق جو کہتے ہیں مجھے بتائیے، کیا آپ نے کچھ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے سنا ہے؟ کتاب اللہ ( قرآن ) میں اس سلسلہ میں آپ کو کوئی چیز ملی ہے؟ اس پر وہ بولے: نہ تو میں نے اس کو کتاب اللہ ( قرآن ) میں پایا ہے، اور نہ میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ہی سے سنا ہے، البتہ مجھے اسامہ بن زید رضی اللہ عنہما نے بتایا ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ہے: سود صرف ادھار میں ہے ۱؎۔
