Rapporté par Jabir bin 'Abdullah : Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a dit : « Celui qui vend des fruits et que la récolte échoue, ne doit pas prendre l’argent de son frère. Pourquoi l’un de vous prendrait-il l’argent de son frère musulman ? »

حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَمْزَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا ثَوْرُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قَالَ " مَنْ بَاعَ ثَمَرًا فَأَصَابَتْهُ جَائِحَةٌ فَلاَ يَأْخُذْ مِنْ مَالِ أَخِيهِ شَيْئًا عَلاَمَ يَأْخُذُ أَحَدُكُمْ مَالَ أَخِيهِ الْمُسْلِمِ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from Jabir bin 'Abdullah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:"Whoever sells fruits then the crop fails, should not take any of his brother's money. Why would any of you take the money of his Muslim brother?
Traduction en ourdou
جابر بن عبداللہ رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جس نے پھل بیچا، پھر اس کو کوئی آفت لاحق ہوئی، تو وہ اپنے بھائی ( خریدار ) کے مال سے کچھ نہ لے، آخر کس چیز کے بدلہ تم میں سے کوئی اپنے مسلمان بھائی کا مال لے گا ۱؎۔
