Rapporté par Ibn 'Umar : Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a dit : « Ne vendez pas les fruits avant qu’ils ne soient mûrs. » Et il a interdit aussi bien au vendeur qu’à l’acheteur de faire ce genre de transaction

Texte arabe original
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رُمْحٍ، أَنْبَأَنَا اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قَالَ " لاَ تَبِيعُوا الثَّمَرَةَ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلاَحُهَا " . نَهَى الْبَائِعَ وَالْمُشْتَرِيَ .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:"Do not sell fruits until they have ripened." And he forbade (both) the seller and the purchaser (to engage in such a transaction)
Traduction en ourdou
عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: پختگی ظاہر ہونے سے پہلے پھلوں کو نہ بیچو، آپ نے اس سے بیچنے والے اور خریدنے والے دونوں کو منع کیا ۱؎۔
