كتاب البيوع
Rapporté par Abu Sa'id : Les prix ont augmenté à l’époque du Messager d’Allah (ﷺ), et ils ont dit : « Pourquoi ne fixes-tu pas le prix de la nourriture, ô Messager d’Allah ? » Il a dit : « J’espère qu’en vous quittant, personne parmi vous ne me demandera réparation pour un tort que je lui aurais fait. »

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الأَعْلَى، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي نَضْرَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ غَلاَ السِّعْرُ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ فَقَالُوا لَوْ قَوَّمْتَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَالَ " إِنِّي لأَرْجُو أَنْ أُفَارِقَكُمْ وَلاَ يَطْلُبَنِي أَحَدٌ مِنْكُمْ بِمَظْلَمَةٍ ظَلَمْتُهُ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated that Abu Sa'eed said:"Prices rose at the time of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), and they said: 'Why do you not fix the food prices, O Messenger of Allah?' He said: 'I hope that when I leave you, no one among you will be demanding restitution for a wrong that I have done to him
Traduction en ourdou
ابو سعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے عہد میں مہنگائی بڑھ گئی، تو لوگوں نے عرض کیا: اللہ کے رسول! اگر آپ نرخ مقرر کر دیں تو اچھا رہے گا! آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: میری خواہش ہے کہ میں تم سے اس حال میں جدا ہوں کہ کوئی مجھ سے کسی زیادتی کا جو میں نے اس پر کی ہو مطالبہ کرنے والا نہ ہو ۔
