كتاب البيوع
Rapporté par 'Amr bin Shu'aib, de son père, de son grand-père : Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a dit : « Il n’est pas permis de vendre ce que tu ne possèdes pas, ni de tirer profit de ce que tu ne détiens pas. »

حَدَّثَنَا أَزْهَرُ بْنُ مَرْوَانَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " لاَ يَحِلُّ بَيْعُ مَا لَيْسَ عِنْدَكَ وَلاَ رِبْحُ مَا لَمْ يُضْمَنْ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from 'Amr bin Shu'aib, from his father, that his grandfather said:"The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: 'It is not permissible to sell something that is not with you, nor to profit from what you do not possess
Traduction en ourdou
عبداللہ بن عمرو بن العاص رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جو چیز تمہارے پاس نہ ہو اس کا بیچنا جائز نہیں، اور نہ اس چیز کا نفع جائز ہے جس کے تم ضامن نہیں ۱؎۔
