Hadith 2123 — Livre 11: The Chapters on Expiation
كتاب الكفارات
Rapporté par Abu Hurairah : Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a dit : "Les vœux n’apportent rien au fils d’Adam sauf ce qui a déjà été décrété pour lui. Mais il est dominé par la prédestination, et il obtiendra ce qui lui est destiné. Les vœux servent à faire donner l’avare, ainsi ce qu’il voulait devient accessible pour lui, ce qui ne l’était pas avant son vœu. Et Allah dit : « Dépense, Je dépenserai pour toi. »

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنِ الأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " إِنَّ النَّذْرَ لاَ يَأْتِي ابْنَ آدَمَ بِشَىْءٍ إِلاَّ مَا قُدِّرَ لَهُ وَلَكِنْ يَغْلِبُهُ الْقَدَرُ مَا قُدِّرَ لَهُ فَيُسْتَخْرَجُ بِهِ مِنَ الْبَخِيلِ فَيَتَيَسَّرُ عَلَيْهِ مَا لَمْ يَكُنْ يَتَيَسَّرُ عَلَيْهِ مِنْ قَبْلِ ذَلِكَ وَقَدْ قَالَ اللَّهُ أَنْفِقْ أُنْفِقْ عَلَيْكَ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:"Vows do not bring the son of Adam anything unless it has been decreed for him. But he is dominated by Divine preordainment, and will get what is decreed for him. And (vows) are a means of making the miser give something, so what he desires becomes obtainable for him, which was not obtainable before his vow. And Allah says: 'Spend, I will spend on you
Traduction en ourdou
ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: نذر سے آدمی کو کچھ نہیں ملتا مگر وہ جو اس کے لیے مقدر کر دیا گیا ہے، لیکن آدمی کی تقدیر میں جو ہوتا ہے وہ نذر پر غالب آ جاتا ہے، تو اس نذر سے بخیل کا مال نکالا جاتا ہے، اور اس پہ وہ بات آسان کر دی جاتی ہے، جو پہلے آسان نہ تھی، اللہ تعالیٰ نے فرمایا: تو مال خرچ کر، میں تجھ پر خرچ کروں گا ۔
