Rapporté par 'Aishah : Le Prophète (ﷺ) a dit : "Le divorce d’une femme esclave est de deux fois, et sa période d’attente est de deux cycles menstruels." Abu 'Asim a dit : "J’ai mentionné cela à Muzahir et lui ai demandé : 'Dis-moi ce que tu as dit à Ibn Juraij.' Il m’a alors raconté, d’après Qasim, d’après 'Aishah, que le Prophète (ﷺ) a dit : 'Le divorce d’une femme esclave est de deux fois, et sa période d’attente est de deux cycles menstruels

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ مُظَاهِرِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قَالَ " طَلاَقُ الأَمَةِ تَطْلِيقَتَانِ وَقُرْؤُهَا حَيْضَتَانِ " . قَالَ أَبُو عَاصِمٍ فَذَكَرْتُهُ لِمُظَاهِرٍ فَقُلْتُ حَدِّثْنِي كَمَا حَدَّثْتَ ابْنَ جُرَيْجٍ . فَأَخْبَرَنِي عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قَالَ " طَلاَقُ الأَمَةِ تَطْلِيقَتَانِ وَقُرْؤُهَا حَيْضَتَانِ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from 'Aishah that the Prophet (ﷺ) said:"The divorce of a slave woman is twice, and her (waiting) period is two menstrual cycles." Abu 'Asim said: "I mentioned this to Muzahir and said: 'Tell me what you told Ibn Juraij.' So he told me, narrating from Qasim from 'Aishah, that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: 'The divorce of a slave woman is twice, and her (waiting) period is two menstrual cycles
Traduction en ourdou
ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: لونڈی کی دو طلاقیں ہیں، اور اس کی عدت دو حیض ہے ۔ ابوعاصم کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے مظاہر بن اسلم سے اس حدیث کا ذکر کیا اور ان سے عرض کیا کہ یہ حدیث آپ مجھ سے ویسے ہی بیان کریں جیسے کہ آپ نے ابن جریج سے بیان کی ہے، تو انہوں نے مجھے «قاسم عن عائشہ» کے طریق سے بتایا کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: لونڈی کے لیے دو طلاقیں ہیں اور اس کی عدت دو حیض ہے ۔
