Hadith 2073 — Livre 10: The Chapters on Divorce
كتاب الطلاق
Rapporté par Sa'id bin Jubair, d'après Ibn 'Abbas : "Pour celui qui rend interdit, il s'agit d'un serment." (Sahih) Et Ibn 'Abbas disait : "Vous avez le meilleur exemple dans le Messager d'Allah." (33:)

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، حَدَّثَنَا وَهْبُ بْنُ جَرِيرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ الدَّسْتَوَائِيُّ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ يَعْلَى بْنِ حَكِيمٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، قَالَ قَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ فِي الْحَرَامِ يَمِينٌ . وَكَانَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ يَقُولُ لَقَدْ كَانَ لَكُمْ فِي رَسُولِ اللَّهِ أُسْوَةٌ حَسَنَةٌ .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from Sa'eed bin Jubair that Ibn 'Abbas said:"For the one who makes unlawful is the swearing." (Sahih)And Ibn 'Abbas used to say: "You had the best example in the Messenger of Allah." (33:)

سعید بن جبیر رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ عبداللہ بن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما نے کہا: حلال کو حرام کرنے میں قسم کا کفارہ ہے، اور ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے تھے:«لقد كان لكم في رسول الله أسوة حسنة» ( سورة الاحزاب: 21 ) تمہارے لیے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی زندگی میں بہترین نمونہ ہے ۔
