Rapporté par 'Amr bin Shu'aib, d'après son père, d'après son grand-père : Le Prophète (ﷺ) a dit : "Il y a quatre types de femmes pour lesquelles il n'y a pas de li'an : une chrétienne mariée à un musulman, une juive mariée à un musulman, une femme libre mariée à un esclave, et une esclave mariée à un homme libre

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، حَدَّثَنَا حَيْوَةُ بْنُ شُرَيْحٍ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ، عَنْ ضَمْرَةَ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قَالَ " أَرْبَعٌ مِنَ النِّسَاءِ لاَ مُلاَعَنَةَ بَيْنَهُنَّ النَّصْرَانِيَّةُ تَحْتَ الْمُسْلِمِ وَالْيَهُودِيَّةُ تَحْتَ الْمُسْلِمِ وَالْحُرَّةُ تَحْتَ الْمَمْلُوكِ وَالْمَمْلُوكَةُ تَحْتَ الْحُرِّ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was nanated from 'Amr bin Shu'aib, from his father, from his grandfather, that:the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "There are four kinds of women for whom there is no Li'an: a Christian woman married to a Muslim, a Jewish woman married to a Muslim, a free woman married to a slave, and a slave woman married to a free man
Traduction en ourdou
عبداللہ بن عمرو بن العاص رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: چار قسم کی عورتوں میں لعان نہیں ہے، ایک تو نصرانیہ جو کسی مسلمان کے نکاح میں ہو، دوسری یہودیہ جو کسی مسلمان کے نکاح میں ہو، تیسری آزاد عورت جو کسی غلام کے نکاح میں ہو، چوتھی لونڈی جو کسی آزاد مرد کے نکاح میں ہو ۱؎۔
