كتاب الطلاق
Rapporté par Zubair bin 'Awwam : Il était marié à Umm Kulthum bint 'Uqbah, et elle lui a dit alors qu’elle était enceinte : "J’accepte un seul divorce." Il l’a donc divorcée une fois. Puis il est sorti pour la prière, et à son retour elle avait accouché. Il a dit : "Qu’a-t-elle ? Elle m’a trompé, qu’Allah la trompe !" Puis il est allé voir le Prophète ﷺ, qui a dit : "Son délai d’attente est terminé (et elle est divorcée) ; demande-lui sa main à nouveau si tu veux te remarier avec elle

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ هَيَّاجٍ، حَدَّثَنَا قَبِيصَةُ بْنُ عُقْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مَيْمُونٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ الزُّبَيْرِ بْنِ الْعَوَّامِ، أَنَّهُ كَانَتْ عِنْدَهُ أُمُّ كُلْثُومٍ بِنْتُ عُقْبَةَ فَقَالَتْ لَهُ وَهِيَ حَامِلٌ طَيِّبْ نَفْسِي بِتَطْلِيقَةٍ . فَطَلَّقَهَا تَطْلِيقَةً ثُمَّ خَرَجَ إِلَى الصَّلاَةِ فَرَجَعَ وَقَدْ وَضَعَتْ . فَقَالَ مَالَهَا خَدَعَتْنِي خَدَعَهَا اللَّهُ ثُمَّ أَتَى النَّبِيَّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ فَقَالَ " سَبَقَ الْكِتَابُ أَجَلَهُ اخْطُبْهَا إِلَى نَفْسِهَا " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from Zubair bin 'Awwam that:he was married to Umm Kulthum bint 'Uqbah, and she said to him when she was pregnant. "I will accept one divorce." So he divorced her once. Then he went out for prayer, and when he came back she had given birth. He said: "What is wrong with her? She misled me may Allah mislead her!" Then he came to the Prophet (ﷺ), who said: "Her waiting period is over (and she is divorced); propose marriage a new to her
Traduction en ourdou
زبیر بن عوام رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ ان کی زوجیت میں ام کلثوم بنت عقبہ تھیں، انہوں نے حمل کی حالت میں زبیر رضی اللہ عنہ سے کہا: مجھے ایک طلاق دے کر میرا دل خوش کر دو، لہٰذا انہوں نے ایک طلاق دے دی، پھر وہ نماز کے لیے نکلے جب واپس آئے تو وہ بچہ جن چکی تھیں تو زبیر رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہا: اسے کیا ہو گیا؟ اس نے مجھ سے مکر کیا ہے، اللہ اس سے مکر کرے، پھر وہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس آئے تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: کتاب کی میعاد گزر گئی ( اب رجوع کا اختیار نہیں رہا ) لیکن اسے نکاح کا پیغام دے دو ۱؎۔
