Rapporté par Anas : Les Juifs ne s’asseyaient pas avec une femme qui avait ses règles dans une maison, ne mangeaient ni ne buvaient avec elle. On en a parlé au Messager d’Allah ﷺ, alors Allah a révélé : "Ils t’interrogent sur les règles. Dis : c’est un mal, éloignez-vous donc des femmes pendant les règles." Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : "Faites tout sauf avoir des rapports sexuels

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، أَنَّ الْيَهُودَ، كَانُوا لاَ يَجْلِسُونَ مَعَ الْحَائِضِ فِي بَيْتٍ وَلاَ يَأْكُلُونَ وَلاَ يَشْرَبُونَ . قَالَ فَذُكِرَ ذَلِكَ لِلنَّبِيِّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ فَأَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ {وَيَسْأَلُونَكَ عَنِ الْمَحِيضِ قُلْ هُوَ أَذًى فَاعْتَزِلُوا النِّسَاءَ فِي الْمَحِيضِ} فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " اصْنَعُوا كُلَّ شَىْءٍ إِلاَّ الْجِمَاعَ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from Anas that:The Jews would not sit with a menstruating woman in a house, nor eat with her, nor drink with her. That was mentioned to the Messenger of Allah, then Allah revealed the words: "They ask you concerning menstruation. Say: that is a harmful thing, therefore keep away from women during menses." The Messenger of Allah said: "Do everything except sexual intercourse
Traduction en ourdou
انس رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ یہود حائضہ عورتوں کے ساتھ نہ تو گھر میں بیٹھتے، نہ ان کے ساتھ کھاتے پیتے تھے، تو نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے اس کا ذکر کیا گیا تو اللہ تعالیٰ نے یہ آیت نازل فرمائی: «ويسألونك عن المحيض قل هو أذى فاعتزلوا النساء في المحيض» لوگ آپ سے حیض کے بارے میں پوچھتے ہیں، آپ کہہ دیجئیے: وہ ایک گندگی ہے لہٰذا تم عورتوں سے حیض کی حالت میں الگ رہو ( سورة البقرہ: ۲۲۲ ) رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جماع کے سوا عورتوں سے حیض کی حالت میں سب کچھ کرو ۔
