Rapporté par 'Aïcha : Le Prophète ﷺ lui a dit, alors qu’elle avait ses règles : "Défais tes tresses et lave-toi." (Un narrateur, 'Ali, a dit dans son récit : "Défais tes cheveux)

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَعَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قَالَ لَهَا وَكَانَتْ حَائِضًا " انْقُضِي شَعْرَكِ وَاغْتَسِلِي " . قَالَ عَلِيٌّ فِي حَدِيثِهِ " انَقُضِي رَأْسَكِ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from 'Aishah that:The Prophet said to her, when she was menstruating: "Undo your braids and bathe." (Sahih)(A narrator) 'Ali said in his narration: "Undo your head

ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ جب وہ حالت حیض میں تھیں تو نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ان سے فرمایا: اپنے بال کھول لو، اور غسل کرو ۱؎، علی بن محمد نے اپنی حدیث میں کہا: اپنا سر کھول لو ۔
