Rapporté par ‘Abdullah bin Harith bin Nawfal : J’ai demandé si le Messager d’Allah ﷺ faisait des prières surérogatoires en voyage, mais je n’ai trouvé personne pour me répondre jusqu’à ce que Umm Hani’ bint Abu Talib me dise qu’il était venu l’année de la conquête (de La Mecque). Il a demandé qu’on tienne un rideau, ce qui a été fait, puis il a pris un bain ; ensuite il a prié huit unités de prière surérogatoire

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رُمْحٍ الْمِصْرِيُّ، أَنْبَأَنَا اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ نَوْفَلٍ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ فَلَمْ أَجِدْ أَحَدًا يُخْبِرُنِي أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ سَبَّحَ فِي سَفَرٍ حَتَّى أَخْبَرَتْنِي أُمُّ هَانِئٍ بِنْتُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ أَنَّهُ قَدِمَ عَامَ الْفَتْحِ فَأَمَرَ بِسِتْرٍ فَسُتِرَ عَلَيْهِ فَاغْتَسَلَ ثُمَّ سَبَّحَ ثَمَانِيَ رَكَعَاتٍ .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated that 'Abdullah bin Harith bin Nawfal said:"I asked whether the Messenger of Allah prayed voluntary prayer when traveling, but I could not find anyone to tell me until Umm Hani' bint Abu Talib told me that he had come during the year of the Conquest (of Makkah). He ordered that a screen be held up, and that was done, and he took a bath; then he prayed eight Rak'ah (units) of voluntary prayer
Traduction en ourdou
عبداللہ بن عبداللہ بن نوفل کہتے ہیں: میں نے پوچھا رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے سفر میں نفل نماز پڑھی ہے؟ تو مجھے کوئی بتانے والا نہیں ملا، یہاں تک کہ مجھے ام ہانی بنت ابی طالب رضی اللہ عنہا نے بتایا کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم فتح مکہ کے سال آئے، پھر آپ نے ایک پردہ لگانے کا حکم دیا، پردہ کر دیا گیا، تو آپ نے غسل کیا، پھر نفل کی آٹھ رکعتیں پڑھیں ۱؎۔
