كتاب الطهارة وسننها
Rapporté par Ibn ‘Abbas, d’après sa tante maternelle Maymouna : J’ai préparé de l’eau pour que le Prophète fasse le grand lavage après un rapport sexuel. Il a incliné le récipient avec sa main gauche pour verser de l’eau dans sa main droite, puis il s’est lavé les mains trois fois. Ensuite, il a versé de l’eau sur ses parties intimes, puis il a frotté ses mains sur le sol. Il s’est rincé la bouche et le nez, s’est lavé le visage trois fois, puis les avant-bras trois fois. Ensuite, il a versé de l’eau sur le reste de son corps, puis il s’est déplacé pour laver ses pieds

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَعَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ أَبِي الْجَعْدِ، عَنْ كُرَيْبٍ، مَوْلَى ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنْ خَالَتِهِ، مَيْمُونَةَ قَالَتْ وَضَعْتُ لِلنَّبِيِّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ غُسْلاً فَاغْتَسَلَ مِنَ الْجَنَابَةِ فَأَكْفَأَ الإِنَاءَ بِشِمَالِهِ عَلَى يَمِينِهِ فَغَسَلَ كَفَّيْهِ ثَلاَثًا ثُمَّ أَفَاضَ عَلَى فَرْجِهِ ثُمَّ دَلَكَ يَدَهُ فِي الأَرْضِ ثُمَّ مَضْمَضَ وَاسْتَنْشَقَ وَغَسَلَ وَجْهَهُ ثَلاَثًا وَذِرَاعَيْهِ ثَلاَثًا ثُمَّ أَفَاضَ الْمَاءَ عَلَى سَائِرِ جَسَدِهِ ثُمَّ تَنَحَّى فَغَسَلَ رِجْلَيْهِ .
Traduction anglaise
Ibn 'Abbas narrated that his maternal aunt Maimunah said:"I put out some water for the Prophet to take a bath, and he bathe to cleanse himself from impurity following sexual activity. He tilted the vessel with his left hand, pouring water into his right, and washed his hands three times. Then he pourd water over his private parts, then he rubbed his hands on the ground. Then he rinsed his mouth and nose, and washed his face three times, and his forearms three times. Then he poured water over the rest of his body, then he moved aside and washed his feet

ام المؤمنین میمونہ رضی اللہ عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ میں نے نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے لیے غسل کا پانی رکھا، آپ نے غسل جنابت کیا اور برتن کو اپنے بائیں ہاتھ سے دائیں ہاتھ پر انڈیلا، اور دونوں ہتھیلی کو تین مرتبہ دھویا، پھر اپنی شرمگاہ پہ پانی بہایا، پھر اپنا ہاتھ زمین پر رگڑا، پھر کلی کی، ناک میں پانی ڈالا، اور اپنا چہرہ اور بازو تین تین بار دھویا، پھر پورے جسم پر پانی بہایا، پھر غسل کی جگہ سے ہٹ کر اپنے پاؤں دھوئے۔
