Rapporté par Hakam bin Sufyan Ath-Thawri : Il a vu le Messager d'Allah ﷺ faire ses ablutions puis prendre une poignée d'eau et la saupoudrer sur sa partie intime pour dissiper tout doute concernant des gouttes d'urine

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بِشْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ مَنْصُورٌ حَدَّثَنَا مُجَاهِدٌ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ سُفْيَانَ الثَّقَفِيِّ، أَنَّهُ رَأَى رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ تَوَضَّأَ ثُمَّ أَخَذَ كَفًّا مِنْ مَاءٍ فَنَضَحَ بِهِ فَرْجَهُ .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated from Hakam bin Sufyan Ath-Thawri that:He saw the Messenger of Allah perform ablution then take a handful of water and sprinkle it over his private area to remove any doubts about urine drippings

حکم بن سفیان ثقفی رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ انہوں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو دیکھا کہ آپ نے وضو کیا، پھر ایک چلو پانی لے کر شرمگاہ پر چھینٹا مارا۱؎۔
