المقدمة (كتاب السنة)
Rapporté par Abu Hurairah : Le Messager d’Allah a dit : « Celui qui cherche la connaissance pour discuter avec les ignorants, se faire remarquer par les savants ou attirer l’attention des gens, Allah le fera entrer en Enfer. »

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، أَنْبَأَنَا وَهْبُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الأَسَدِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْمَقْبُرِيُّ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " مَنْ تَعَلَّمَ الْعِلْمَ لِيُبَاهِيَ بِهِ الْعُلَمَاءَ وَيُمَارِيَ بِهِ السُّفَهَاءَ وَيَصْرِفَ بِهِ وُجُوهَ النَّاسِ إِلَيْهِ أَدْخَلَهُ اللَّهُ جَهَنَّمَ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said:"The Messenger of Allah said: 'Whoever seeks knowledge in order to argue with the foolish, or to show off before the scholars, or to attract people's attention, Allah will admit him to Hell

ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جس نے علم کو علماء پر فخر کرنے، اور بیوقوفوں سے بحث و تکرار کرنے، اور لوگوں کو اپنی جانب متوجہ کرنے کے لیے سیکھا، اللہ اسے جہنم میں داخل کرے گا ۔
