المقدمة (كتاب السنة)
Rapporté par Abu Hurairah : Le Messager d’Allah avait l’habitude de dire : « Allahummanfa'ni bima 'allamtani, wa 'allimni ma yanfa'uni, wa zidni 'ilman. Wal-hamdu Lillahi 'ala kulli hal. » [Ô Allah, fais-moi profiter de ce que Tu m’as appris, apprends-moi ce qui me sera utile et augmente mes connaissances. Louange à Allah en toute circonstance]

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ نُمَيْرٍ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عُبَيْدَةَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ يَقُولُ " اللَّهُمَّ انْفَعْنِي بِمَا عَلَّمْتَنِي وَعَلِّمْنِي مَا يَنْفَعُنِي وَزِدْنِي عِلْمًا وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ عَلَى كُلِّ حَالٍ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said:"The Messenger of Allah used to say: 'Allahummanfa'ni bima 'allamtani, wa 'allimnima yanfa'uni, wa zidni 'ilman. Wal-hamdu Lillahi 'ala kulli hal. [O Allah, benefit me by that which You have taught me, and teach me that which will benefit me, and increase my knowledge. Praise is to Allah in all circumstances]
Traduction en ourdou
ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم فرماتے تھے: اے اللہ! میرے لیے اس چیز کو نفع بخش اور مفید بنا دے جو تو نے مجھے سکھایا ہے، مجھے وہ چیز سکھا دے جو میرے لیے نفع بخش اور مفید ہو، اور میرا علم زیادہ کر دے، اور ہر حال میں ساری تعریفیں اللہ کے لیے ہیں ۔
